Where are your products made? Designed in Australia, manufactured in partnership with leading factories in Guangdong, China. Every product is independently tested for AU compliance before it leaves our warehouse.

Are your products RCM/EESS certified? Yes. Every electrical product we sell is RCM marked and EESS registered. Compliance documents available on request.

SAUNAS

Will the Aurabeam Solo fit in my apartment? Yes — plugs into any standard AU 10A outlet, fits in any room with 2m ceiling clearance. 900 × 900mm footprint.

How long until delivery? 4-6 weeks from order. Pre-order with $200 deposit secures your spot in the next batch.

Can I install it myself? Yes. 45-minute assembly, no electrician required.

RED LIGHT THERAPY

Are the wavelengths clinical-grade? Yes. 660nm and 850nm — the most-studied wavelengths in peer-reviewed research.

How often should I use it? 4-5× per week, 20 minutes per session. Visible results in 4-6 weeks.
